Recipe of the Game: Slow-Cooker Spinach Dip

Slow cooker recipes are simply the best – throw it all in one pot, turn the knob, and forget about it until party time. This recipe is exactly that – a super easy and super delicious snack that you can put together without thinking twice. Obviously this is a base recipe, so you can spice it up any way you’d like. But even keeping it simple will have party-goers making multiple trips to get more.

Makes: ~ 15 – 20 servings      Time to Prep: 15 minutes

What you need:

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella (smoked is better, but any works)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 box thawed frozen spinach
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 cup grated smoked mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 box thawed frozen spinach, 1 jar artichoke hearts, and salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high, 2 hours.
